1. What we collect
Account details (name, email), order and vault history, shipping addresses you provide, and standard technical logs (IP, browser) for security. We collect the minimum needed to run the shop.
2. What we never collect
We never store your card or bank details - payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g. HitPay/PayNow). We do not buy or sell personal data.
3. How we use it
To fulfil orders, ship prizes, prevent fraud, and send service emails (order confirmations, shipping updates). Marketing messages are opt-in only.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions. No third-party ad trackers.
5. Sharing
Order details are shared with delivery partners solely to ship your items, and with payment providers solely to process payments. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required.
6. Retention & deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. Email us to delete your account; we retain only what tax and consumer law requires (order records), then delete the rest.
