1. What kuji.market is
kuji.market is a Singapore-based collectibles retailer. We sell fixed-price collectible goods and blind-box style products ("kuji boards") where every purchase receives a physical product from a defined prize pool. There are no losing tickets and no cash prizes.
2. Blind-box purchases
A kuji ticket is an order for one physical collectible from the board's published prize pool, with the specific item revealed on opening. Prize layouts are cryptographically committed before sale (see our Fairness page). Published odds and prize lists are part of the product description. Blind-box purchases require you to be 18 or older.
3. Every sale is final
Because blind-box reveals are instant and irreversible, ticket purchases are non-refundable once revealed, except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the revealed prize. Fixed-price items may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition.
4. Your vault
Prizes and purchases are stored in your vault free of charge. Shipping to you is available for a fee shown at request time. Items abandoned for over 365 days after notice may be forfeited.
5. Fair play
One account per person. Automated purchasing, exploitation of bugs, or payment fraud will result in account closure and order cancellation. We may withhold shipment during payment verification for new accounts.
6. Vouchers
Promotional vouchers have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and may be limited in quantity, uses, and expiry.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Collectible values shown (e.g. estimated prize value) are indicative only.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
